Tire Failure Causes Rossi's DNF

Reigning world champion Valentino Rossi told reporters this afternoon that his rear Michelin tire failed and lost rubber, causing him to slow his pace which made his Yamaha overheat which in turn caused the engine to fail.
It was a devestating blow to Rossi's title hopes.
