The Mid-Ohio FX race was red-flagged moments ago when Garret Carter crashed on the front straight, after running wide and riding off. Carter was face-down and not moving for more than a few minutes as the amblulance staff worked on him.

Thankfully he did begin moving before they loaded him in the ambulance.
