Racing surface issues at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course shouldn't be exacerbated by wet weather this weekend. The weather forecast looks dry and beautiful with just a slight chance of thunderstorms on Friday night to worry about.

Mid-Ohio is one of the more popular Superbike rounds on the AMA tour with tens of thousands of fans packing the facility for the weekend. Many fans, looking for some evening entertainment and perhaps to escape the exorbitant hotel room fees near the track, camp on site or near Mid-Ohio.

It might come as a shock to the west coast fans of the championship who don't hit a Midwest round, but Mid-Ohio is a race which attracts a huge number of Canadian fans who ride down from the Great White North to hang out at Mid-Ohio and finish every single declarative sentence with the word "eh?".
