As everyone in pit lane probably already guessed, Warhorse HSBK Ducati finally made it official last night: Cameron Beaubier will headline their MotoRainey Superbike effort for 2026, paired with Ben Smith on the second bike.
Beaubier climbs aboard the new Ducati Panigale V4 R—the so-called conventional swingarm model—which has been quietly destroying stopwatches in both post- and or pre-season tests.
Meanwhile, Josh Herrin, last year’s Warhorse Superbike pilot, is rumored to be sliding into the Supersport seat with the same team. Or a different team. Or his own team.
Over at Rahal/Spies Ducati, PJ Jacobsen gets a Panigale V4 R of his own for MotoRainey duty. Expect plenty of red bikes at the sharp end in 2026—and a lot of mechanics suddenly fluent in Italian.
