As best we can recall, this photo surfaced in a box of the late Red Skamser's belongings after he passed away. It then spent time in a toolbox at Eau Claire Cycle before someone eventually dropped it off at the Soup office. We first published it in 1998, ('Run it big: 800x600!') and it has lived in infamy ever since. Diane Carr is racing's Mona Lisa.
